Youth Group

Meals, Fellowship, Service, Faith, and Fun!

Youth Group looks different each time the group gathers. Whether it's a delicious meal followed by games in the comfy couch room on a Sunday evening or participating in a service project with a local organization, the youth are always up to something fun and engaging!

The curriculum for youth is group is designed at the beginning of the year, drawing from the ideas of the youth to create events, activities, and trips that appeal to their interests and spiritual needs. This leads to creative evenings painting rocks, trips to a toy store to buy presents for children and families in need, and retreats along the Hood Canal.

There is so much the youth group gets up to in a year that it can't all be covered here! Interested in learning more or ready to get involved? Contact the Interim Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministries, Mark Bedsaul below!

These retreats provide a meaningful break from everyday life, filled with worship, teaching, and time in nature. They’re designed to encourage spiritual growth, reflection, and connection with God and each other. Youth of all backgrounds are invited to come experience these powerful weekends together.

Fall Retreat Registration Opens in September

Leadership Lab

1 week in summer

Leadership Lab is designed to teach students leadership skills as they encounter Jesus within the community. The mission is that students will grow in their faith while learning skills they can take back to their churches, schools, and communities. There are six unique levels of learning, all designed for high school, young adult, and adult ages.

The vision is for us as a community of youth AND adults to be willing to look into the future and practice what leadership looks like within the community of Christ.
