Other ways to give

In addition to regular giving, there are other meaningful ways to support the church. Many people give through special programs or workplace opportunities. Others choose to make gifts that reflect their long-term hopes for the church. These forms of giving help sustain our ministry for the future and are deeply valued.

MATCHING FUNDS

Many employers or other groups will match donations you make.


If your employer will not allow dollars to be designated for religious purposes, they will often approve dollars given to our After School program or Summer Lunch program

If you currently have investments with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, you may be eligible to direct Choice Dollars through Thrivent Choice.


By naming St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Renton as a beneficiary, you can help direct some of Thrivent’s charitable outreach funds to the church. This is an effective way to maximize the impact of your Thrivent membership without any additional cost to you.

By including the church in your will, you help care for others and support a strong, faithful community for the future.
